Yep, sad but true. If we get to 9 wins it’ll be a massive achievement but it could quite easily implode from here and we win the spoon.
If we don’t beat GC or St Kilda we won’t win a game before the bye.

We will probably trade our pick for Ben Cousins anyway.Who is the top prospect in this years draft?
Don't think there is a standout no1 but think Noah Anderson gets some wraps.Who is the top prospect in this years draft?
I'll be glad we kept our first and second picks if we finish bottom 2. Will make the draft really interesting.Bottom 2, and Ross & Rosich will get turfed.

You better ride this God damn feeling Fremantle.Ride that feeling of excitement and enthusiasm as far it takes us. If the dogs, Richmond and West Coast can do it, why can't we.
If we play like we did today we'll beat a lot of teams we wouldn't have thought possible. I quite like our draw in terms of strength of opposition at home vs away. Lots of weaker teams away. Our first part of the season always looked like we could have more wins than losses. It’s going to be a bloody tough stretch coming up. I’d hope we’d be contending for a finals spot but I just want us to reduce the number of blowouts, beat some teams that were meant to be better than us and more wins than the past couple seasons.
Well after 5 rounds we have to still be thinking finals?
That last quarter was probably a snap shot of our team now. Set shot goals to Colyer, Matera, Hogan and Lobb. All new players in our forward half.
Taberner a clunk in the goalsquare because Hogan brought Davis out to the 50m line.
Walters a set shot too.
Our back 6 looks awesome.
I’m still hoping finals.
Western Bulldogs next week, Adelaide at Adelaide Oval is a huge chance with the form they’re in. Richmond here gives us a huge boost. Then Essendon at Marvel stadium.. that’ll be interesting. They’re all winnable. Home games are tougher opposition, but that crowd factor and Optus stadium really pushes the players. The last two week against better opposition showed we can match them, especially today against GWS.Our first part of the season always looked like we could have more wins than losses.
