Perhaps AJ is going to be the sacrificial lamb
Sanfl says Billy is OK to play as long as Port drop any further legal action. Perhaps it’s best to let it die a death and prepare the team for the GF Let the crows & the bays slog it out and let the winning team have some tribunal problems

Bugger SANFL. Port should look at further legal action re AJ, are they trying blackmail Port now lol

Has Fredrick ever played up forward? I like the idea of that little bald Glenelg campaigner trying to keep up with him.
No he should play off half back. We've got Cox, Woodcock, Farrell, Davidson and Sutcliffe going through there anyway.

Used to be if you had two guys reported before a grand final, one would get off. Followed historical precedent, just had to fight, scratch and claw our way to that outcome.

Im a fan of cox and woodcock but I thought AJ’s burst of pace was important. Neither of them have that and the bays defence seemed like a bunch of plodders.

Woodcock and Davidson I'd say have a decent amount of pace. Cox more the stay at home short KPF. Sutcliffe will probs be moved all over the ground, Farrell will look to use the ball well rather than going for a run.

Say what you want about Cornes...at least he got up straight away.
He didn't even hit him properly. His arm whacked Cornes' head, not his fist.

What Granger got done for on video evidence, was kicking at the ball on the ground and collecting Steph Barrett's leg and breaking it. That was the dog act that Granger got 6 games for IIRC. But everyone forgets about that and Cornes is given the hero status for getting up after Granger didn't collect him properly and there is video evidence that gets replayed over and over. The Barrett incident never gets replayed. And Cornes has helped embellish it over the years with his media mates.

Granger also whacked Maynard in the ear and perforated his ear drum. That was also part of the video evidence against him and part of the penalty, think 2 games for that hit. Once again, it never gets replayed and isn't on you tube, so its not talked about. Granger the previous year's GF king hit Twiggy Caldwell just off the ball. That rarely gets replayed as well.

And if the try and fine Hammer we will take that to court too!

How would they even have the authority to fine Hartlett? He's not an SANFL listed player and the incident didn't take place in a SANFL game. They shouldn't have any more authority to fine him than they should have authority to fine us for calling them campaigners on Bigfooty.

Frampton being allowed to play is great, but we still need to take the Johnson suspension further. The evidence of impact was non-existent.

And if Glenelg make the GF, Curran needs to feel genuine fear every time he's near the ball.
Exactly.. if he feels like vomiting now, wait until he meets our players in the GF
