2nds 2019 Finals - GF vs the Palindromes (sadly not the Little Teds)

Crows were a poor selection this week, but the Bays looked bloody goog nonetheless. our boys need to be up for the fight or we will be smashed. Huge forward firepower.

Our guys need to get around one another, and play from first bounce to the final siren at maximum intensity.
Play like a brotherhood of desperados with one common aim.

Bring Tommy back home.
It'll be 20 v 23 next week, but I reckon we're up for it. Go Maggies!!!

"But Curran said his priority was training and team meeting in preparation for the preliminary final against Adelaide."

In any competent league, his claim of concussion would have been promptly dismissed at that point.

Yep what a farce..he was fine during the game, vomiting and suffering concussion on Monday ( supposedly) then fine to train on Tuesday.

The boys, especially Frampton, need to focus on winning the ball hard, making a fair contest but hitting in hard, and playing the best that they can rather than be aiming at opposition players.

Of course all players need to be ready and firing but we need more mature gritty performances from Hewett, Atley, Frampton, Davidson, Marshall, Woodcock. I reckon they have more in them, and of course the usual performances from the experienced guys such as Trengove, McKenzie, Leinart, and Mayes.

Glenelg are in my view the better organised side and the most consistent against us. Their second-half against the crows (given that the crows were inexperienced) was back to their typical form. Reynolds. McBean, and Scott all fired when they played us in the minor rounds. We can't afford to let them have a lot of the ball, that means beating their mids for the entire game.

For the record, and am willing to get criticised after the match, but if we are going to win this one, it will be by a small margin.
