I agree, that makes no sense, should have played Geelong on the Saturday.

Problem is most country games are played on a Saturday. So makes sense to play it on a Sunday. The bad call was having back to back marquee games.

Why the AFL would schedule the country game straight after Anzac Day doesn't make sense.

You have to beat the best to be the best. Not interested in scraping the 8.
Also, we suck against bottom teams.

History shows that our performance is actually better against decent teams. Even percentage wise.
