Cheating a very strong word.
F1 has a history of teams pushing the limits, and beyond. Sometimes teams are caught out, sometimes not.
Im waiting until this weekend to understand if these directives have had a specific effect on Ferrari. If their pace has vanished, like Austin, then yeah, they’ve pushed the limits and been found out.

i‘d love Lewis to go to a team that is on the cusp. A team that would benefit from a WC, in profile and input.
He really has squat to prove, but for his own satisfaction wouldn’t it be great to take a team by the scruff and drag it to Championship status.

Realistically if Lewis was after this type of challenge, it would make more sense to see him back at McLaren.

Valtteri has stated several times this year that his home life has been the reason for his improved on track challenge to Lewis.
Probably explains his after break form downturn.
