Position 2019 Forwards

Hinkley said on radio this morning that Westhoff will keep playing forward until Dixon is back and he 'doesn't know when that will be'. At this rate I'd expect a typical key forward scoring fluctuation for the whole season for Mr Hoff.

Fair enough. Thanks! Won't be going anywhere near him.

Even after Dixon comes back, they've added Lycett now, so he won't be playing 2nd ruck.

Boak WTF is looking to be top 4 forward holy fuuuu hes never been in top ten in anything in SC before.

Yep not alot of forwards standing out ..in that position this year so far.

He doesn't have a big ceiling (only 120 odd) but he's very consistent in this rebounder role and shouldn't be too expensive to get in, one of my better draft gets so far

Smith is scoring ok in DT, but it ain't transitioning to SC, not sure I'll look there

Menegola a bit up and down plus has a bad bye round (shares with Danger, Kelly, Heeney, Gawn and Grundy, far too many for the ruck/forward area)

I'll probably grab Lycett for coverage eventually, but that can wait until the byes

Daniel's only gone at around 70% d/e the last 2 weeks and still scored well enough. (93 & 96) he's usually a better ball user than that. 120+ this week for Caleb.

Bonts been playing full time mid but they’re struggling to score so I’m hoping Bev switches it up a little more allowing Dunks more midfield minutes with Bont spending a little more time forward.

Billings needs to score well when Steven and Hanners return, pretty sure he got more of the footy and was onball more last two weeks while Steven has been out

If Westhoff drops under $400k I reckon I'll look to pick him up. Would be a decent F6 and ruck cover for the year.

Last season he only scored under 80 twice with a couple of 70s. Surely can't keep pumping out sub 50 scores like he has done the last couple of weeks

I'm praying for another 30-70 score this weekend

Could be our dirt cheap back-end forward gun if he gets his wing-floater role back. I'm definitely going to get a RF in at some stage but now is not the time. Plenty of options this year too, Lycett, Lobb and Westhoff, while stranger things have happened, if Tom Boyd ever gets it together he could be another to consider. At the moment, Lobb is the one who's scoring most consistently.

Trying to predict the top 6-8 FWDs by season's end is tough work, but we almost have to do it soon since the rookies are so crap resulting in a need to upgrade this line before any others.

Danger, Heeney & Boak should be there (the latter could probably limp to the line after his start), but then who?

Pick up top end talent for under 470k and you're laughing...Gray, Menegola, Telly etc.
Just don't over pay.
