Indefinite is a real frustration for him and for us.

A spider bite.From the Addy:
Cockatoo suffered damage to his posterior cruciate ligament for the second time in a VFL match at Sandringham on July 15 last year and hasn’t played at any level since.
He also suffered a similar injury in the Round 3 clash with West Coast in 2018.
The Geelong Advertiser understands there is nothing structurally wrong with Cockatoo’s PCL, but he has been battling pain and swelling in his knee.
He had a cortisone injection into his knee recently in an attempt to settle it. A groin problem, tonsillitis, a spider bite and hamstring issues also hampered his pre-season.
A spate of hamstring injures also ravaged his career.
Geelong has always taken an ultra-cautious with one of its prized assets and has been reluctant to put a return date on Cockatoo this season.
Cats football boss Simon Lloyd told the Geelong Advertiser yesterday Cockatoo was still rated as a “medium to long-term” prospect, but had been “making progress” in his recovery.
You're welcome to see if Parfitt, Fogarty and Buzza play this week - I hope they do.I have more faith in the list the AFL website makes up than the official club one

Anyone heard anything about Okunbor? Hasn't played since the VFL practice matches, and has fallen into the 'Cowan chasm' with respect to our published injury lists.
They mentioned him on the Podcast this week... I cant remember what they said ..sore feet form running ?
Sounds like they are building him up to ship him off? However, Nakia Cockatoo remains a while away as he recovers from a PCL injury, with Scott conceding the injury-plagued youngster will not return until the second half of the year.
"It's slow and it's a meticulously developed program," Scott said.
"The priority is him getting in really good shape before we even consider playing him."
The club wants Cocky and Cocky wants to stay. Contract talks aren't resuming until he's back playing according to the Ablettiser.Sounds like they are building him up to ship him off?

Nakia Cockatoo, footballer. A man barely alive. Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to build the world's first bionic man. Nakia Cockatoo will be that man. Better than he was before. Better, stronger, faster.Sounds like they are building him up to ship him off?

Proof of life. That’s something I guess.
