Until they start paying VFL players a better wage... the quality of the VFL, and then the quality of the AFL... will suffer when talented blokes like Borthwick move on to leagues where they train less but get paid more.

Great to see Hore get his chance, via the draft is even better him with 2 years. Melbourne sure do like our VFL players Jurrah, Couch and now Hore.

Jok is very raw, but developing well. Given the way Essendon worked him over in the final it’s unlikely they use him in the ruck, which is probably good with his chances.
