Liam Jones is 115kgs?
Scott.
I'd recruit him just on the off chance SOS dresses up as Doc Brown and announces his arrival in style...

Why not just get both ?? Both can provide as good a backup as Phillips with better futureScott Jones or Darcy Cameron as a back up for Kreuzer next year, from the little i've seen of Jones i would probably slightly favour him. Any thoughts from WAFL watchers on his performances this year ?

What else Lace?I like Dow, will end up a beauty IMHO
Powerful and dynamic is how I envision his future.
He has a huge heart and tires himself out trying to do too much, as he becomes a more experienced/smarter player the energy will be better spent, with more support around him. Get excited!

Yeah they did. If we can draft a better small forward than papely with pick 8 then we should do it.Didn’t rich and Wc draft there forwards ?
Respectfully disagree. Cameron had shown better signs and had torn apart some games by then, including a final if my memory serves me.
Looked a better prospect then and is a better player now IMO.
Why don’t we use pick 8 and draft the next small forward the next Rozee Stephenson. Both top 10 picks and kicked goals from day 1.
We could just use our extra Cap space to extend and front load Cripps contract so we will have more money later for other signings
Yup that’s the only smart option available, should we cone out of trade period empty handed. On that front, if we exit this trade period without having acquired a high price player or two I would look out for a lot of "contract extensions" which will really be renegotiations. Eg. Harry, stick around for 2 years longer and we'll give you an extra million right now. It'll all be shuffling money forwards to soak up the cap and again free up next year and beyond space to try our hand again.
Lol imagine thinking it's that easyWhy don’t we use pick 8 and draft the next small forward the next Rozee Stephenson. Both top 10 picks and kicked goals from day 1.
Culter fits the played his one good game against Carlton criteria. Kicked some good goals and received his 1 and only Brownlow vote against us last year. Good size and moves well. Could do worseMan the language around trade time is funny. Apparently there's a "race" for Darcy Cameron, despite 90% of AFL fans having no idea who he is, what he looks like and why anyone would want him. Several teams are "sniffing around" "ball magnet" Tom Cutler... who has barely played a game at the level. Rumours abound about Allen Christensen potentially being on the move - presumably to a third club where he could also fail to make any impact at the level?
It's good. It's fun. Can you begin to imagine the excitement at the G round 1 next year if TOM CUTLER was there in Navy Blue?! Wowee. Get out of the way, Doc, I'm trying to see Tom Cutler! Stop hogging the ball, Walsh, get it over to Cutler! Nobody cares about your 4th goal of the half, Charlie, let's talk about Tom Cutler!
(All in fun)
According to Tom Browne, the Bulldogs are leading the race for Martin. Our offer is inferior apparently.

He is half right though, our offer is inferior to Dogs but more to weigh up than just money....Don’t think Tom has ever got anything right....ever

Agree 100% Crippa, although I also trust that SOS has a 'grand plan' in place, where Martin would be one piece in the puzzle.I must admit, whilst i'm an unabashed fan of what SOS and the list mgmt team have/are doing I'll be annoyed if we miss on Martin because of a lowball offer. If what we're led to believe his preference is Carlton then we should be just getting it done. When a young talent (that fits our needs) wants to come on board we shouldn't be too smug. Just get it done SOS.
