I’m going with my dad, my brother (both Richmond supporters), my sister-in-law and my Mum.

Was originally just going to be dad and I but then dad asked my brother, who said he and his partner would go too and then dad talked my mother (ex-essendrugs supporter who now hates AFL) into going.

I do generally go to the football on my own though.

They have a cheaper package to GF tickets (Maurice Rioli package IIRC), which is $250 compared to our cheapest being $800.
That package only includes access to GF tickets I believe, but it counts as one membership when bought and then fans with buy a home game membership or something for a bit more. Overall this counts as 2 memberships while only 1 member is a holder of said memberships.

Collingwood supporters are so dumbfounded by our membership numbers they don't want to believe that the numbers are legit, so they make stuff up to convince themselves it's not. Such as counting pets or double counting memberships when it's not the case.

The AFL official figure was only counted to the end of July. The club record was at the end of the season.

I believe that is the higher AFL audited figure. Yes, that's right our number went up after the audit last year.
