Just got off the phone with Patrick from Membership dept. He called to have a chat about this years membership and if I had any feedback.
Let him know that they should have some one active on this forum, as there are loads of feedback and ideas that would interest them.
Some of the things I mentioned;
- adding a members polo shirt as an option instead of the cap / scarf (even if that required an extra $20).
- improved packages for those who sign up early. (later in the season there appears incentive packages to induce more members)
- thanked them for their efforts in improving the membership this year
