I doubt that's happened in the MotoGP era.

Good to hear Remy disappointed with a 2nd row start, he's hungry

Marquez on a completely different level at Argentina.
Excellent second group battle. Miller is fast but looks to have some major weak points.
Rins with an incredible ride from 16th on the grid.
Taka Naka with his best race. Very impressive.
Miguel Oliveira is being highly underrated as a rookie. Running with Pol and braining KTMs big dollar saviour in Zarco.
Crutchlow's jump start penalty was draconian.

Excellent ride by Miller. Strong finish and beat the guy he needed to beat.

Rossi, well what can you say. Incredible.

Morbidelli, oh dear. Won't be Yamaha's most popular guy.

A sign of maturity from Jack this morning perhaps. In the past he would have tried to bash past Petrucci and Rins, rode the wheels off the bike to try and keep up with Dovi and Rossi only to fall off.

Marquez turned the difficulty down to novice and brained everyone.

Equal(ish) equipment along with that maturity means he didn't have to override the bike. Hopefully not a false dawn but a sign of things to come for the season and a march towards a full factory gig next year.

So this is what apparently deserves a ride through penalty...

Draconian.

Then the rules need to be changed to allow the stewards to take into account something like the amount of movement, if an advantage was gained or what the penalty can be. As it stands today that was anticipating the start. The bike must be stationary at the moment the lights go out (some discretion with movement that stops before the lights go out). Maybe Crutchlow wasn't trying to get an advantage but the bike was moving forward, under power, even if so slightly.

Still I'd be curious if every front wheel is videoed, has every other bike really been completely stationary since whenever the last penalty was.

Rode well in Qatar too, good early signs.
