Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Western Bulldogs Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct with low impact to the head/neck/throat area.

How could you have a medical report on this incident?
Oh you just know the Bullflogs were chomping at the bit to turn a bruise into cancer if it'll get a North man canned

That's just the standard template line that gets trotted out for everything.

Apparently, now, any "punch" is considered deliberate, and anywhere to to the head/neck/throat :D region will draw a suspension, depending on grading of impact. (unless Buddy etc etc )
Not quite sure how any ''punch'' can not be deliberate to be honest. In the context of the season, who cares, we all know Ben can play the game, this gives us the opportunity to see another youngster hopefully, albeit only for 1 week

Ease up on the visitor, lads. He's not saying anything too controversial. If a medical report was used, it assisted with assessing the impact of the strike, which was consequently assessed at the 'low' level. Golden isn't being too outrageous to suggest that.

What got him was the analysis of it being to the 'head/neck/throat' rather than the chest. An analysis which I imagine would be made from the video footage.

If it was, most likely a medical report that noted no injury to McLean. Definitely not that we provided a medical report in an attempt to get Cunnington suspended as a couple were insinuating.
Well you're club have done it before.....and add in a player to have a sook in the media about a serial ducker at your club.

the ultimate team player. Knows young Bradley can't decide who to leave out next week, Andrew or Declan, just made his week a bit easier and lets Andy and Dec have another week. Good job Benjamin
