So the SANFL bend over backwards once again for those poort parasites. Verbal gymnastics the arguments used re Frampton.
How did poort get free legal aid to hire solicitors?

That OneShyteClub is the epitome of self-entitlement.
I hope (we dont succumb to popular pressure) and play properly and beat the Bays and then smash the kochheads.

.... and then maybe the SANFL will see the light and revert to what it should be, a State competition with 8 true SANFL clubs.

Yeah but Winmar did something that no one until then had the courage to do

Harris didn't do anything

It's the Timmy O'Toole principle

That boy is a hero
How do you mean, Dad?
Well... he fell down a well and can't get out
How does that make him a hero?
It's more than you did!
This is NOT ABOUT HARRIS. It’s about the crap that ensued when that photograph of her was published. I can’t get why you don’t get that? This is not about HER achievements. or HER prowess (or lack thereof). It was purely a magnificent photo of her in full stride and the disgraceful comments that followed publication, showed how very far we still need to come as a nation to accept that women can be - and indeed ARE - elite sportspeople - and not just some sex object to be ogled over or derided publicly. And for all those saying this isn’t a fight for rights like Winmar and indigenous players had to - you are right. It’s not a competition. But women have had to overcome significant s**t over many hundreds of years to be recognised as capable, or intelligent, or athletic - whatever it is.

So if it's not about Harris then why is the statue of her?
Seriously dumb logic.

It’s a symbol of social progress and greater acceptance of women as professional athletes.

I hate to be this person, but ‘aS a fAtHeR Of GiRlS’, I like it.

Totally get that a statue is a bit over the top however.

What are you doing on this board then?

Your retort clearly supports those that used us to protect Essendon drugging program fallout.

Go find the podcast of the 2013 mid season review by the Saturday rub panel on triple m. A line was crossed.

This is the same media that target Adam goodes for calling out racism. Perhaps that's the reason for your posting style.
You are either a master troll or completely f’ed in the head, either way, any chance you could follow basketball instead?

Yes but the statues in sport that are dotted around out greatest stadiums are for amazing onfield deeds, earned over time by sport's greatest performers and people.

Icons who are synonymous with the game they play.

Not for whatever social issue pops up and grabs national twittersphere attention for 15 minutes.

Using it as the AFLW logo idea (like the Air Jordan image) is a much better idea
