Dees should be 2 or 3 goals in front here. Picked them as my roughy this weekend (along with Hawthorn in my tips lol) because they seem to play Traeger Pk well and NIck Nat being out hurtdstheir midfield

No doubt that was an excellent season, but he’s flatlined since. Has not maintained that form and we’re just about through 2 seasons since then.

He’s not Robinson Crusoe, we’ve a number of players who have shown they are capable AA players, but haven’t been developed to the next level

Player development falls to the assistant coaches. If Matt Crouch has failed to develop, I would be looking at Godden and Camporeale.

Player development isn’t part of a senior coaches portfolio.

Last year he had a bad hamstring injury early in the season (from memory it was a high hamstring and was out for 4-5 weeks instead of the normal 2-3 weeks) and didn't recover. This year like our entire team, he has been very good for a half and dropped off.

Matt Crouch in a midfield with the right mix is a quality valuable footballer, the issue for us is our mix is so bad that is bad qualities stick out and become a liability.

Mrouch has had an injury interrupted year & he's not the type of player who can get away with it.

He's not running as hard in games & his kicking has been worse.

I'm not writing him off, but it annoys me we play underdone players, particularly when we have options in the sanfl.

I hope he is injured as it would explain quite a few things.

I don’t think he should be playing SANFL but he does look like he could have a rest.

Give jones a go as an inside midfielder before we run out of games this season.
