Thinking back on it the power stance was a really, really bad idea.
If we’d won it would have been genius folk-law.
It showed at the time that the Crows weren't focused on the actual job at hand. Went into that Grandfinal against a team that had put 100% of their focus on strategies to beat the Crows and win the game.

Green Book - drama about African American issues
Shape of Water - unique narrative drama about alien issues (themes relate to minority persecution)
Moonlight - drama about African American issues
Spotlight - drama about sexually abused children
Birdman - comedy/drama about mental illness
12 Years a Slave - drama about African American issues
Argo - drama about the Middle East
The Artist - drama that's black and white
The King's Speech - drama about disabilities
The Hurt Locker - drama about the Middle East
Slumdog Millionaire - drama about disadvantaged Indians

Past 10 years have a common theme
Not sure how this is a common theme?

The only thing these ten movies have in common is they’re all dramas. About different issues in society or people facing challenges. Which is what you need for drama, some sort of conflict which leads to people facing and overcoming challenges

It also showed we thought we werent naturally tough so we had to use a "tough" stance to try and intimidate the opposition. Anyhow, a bad idea.

What a ridiculous decision against hooker!!!
It just shows that umps who have never played footy are always going to make dumb arse mistakes like that. He called it a shepherd when it was a one on one contest in which Hooker marked it or at least got to the ball first.
