That is so true. Any bowler would know our batsmen are not capable of hurting them so can afford to attack from the start and then just sit back and wait if they do hang around for a while as it's just a matter of time before they do something stupid and get out.

True, but not having a car for 5+ years means essentially I haven't listened to radio much in that time & I was looking forward to some sports talkback

Disappointing news for Tom Mitchell. Breaking your leg after winning a Brownlow can really halt the momentum in a great career. Hope he is able to get back in good shape.

Can't help but wonder, however, if Sam Mitchell was running a training drill when it happened: showing the players how to "protect" themselves by raising their knee into an oncoming player.
