Sydney Select: Charlie Comben

199cm/84kg
Ruck/Key Forward
Gippsland Power

A long term project for the swans to develop as a part time forward and 2nd ruck. Has decent athleticism and is a good mark in a pack. Needs to improve his disposal and endurance but at this selection represents great upside

Adelaide select

Emerson Jeka 197cm 89kg KPF

One of the best contested marks in the draft Jeka is an ideal replacement for Jenkins.

4tune8 is up

Pick 48 - Dyson Hilder - North Melbourne
196 cm 91 kg
Reason:
Worked well with Karl Finlay during the champs and projects as a traditional key defender with a good height and starting weight. Adds a developing Key Defender to Norths list.
I like Hilder a lot, wouldn't be surprised if the Tigs pick him up

It's getting tricky to pick now.
One of hawthorns needs is a ruck, so I'll grab one now as the 2 still rated may be gone my next pick.

Hawks Pick 47 Nick(?) Bryan
200cm+ ruck who shows great potential and may arguably be second or third best in the draft after Jackson and maybe Comben

50. Darcy Cassar 182cm 84kg Defender/Midfielder

Crows have restocked their midfield particularly the inside midfield position, while also bringing in replacements for Keath and Jenkins, while Cassar provides value as a utility type that can go through the midfield or play off the flanks.
