Players most likely to average highest next year: (no real surprises here)
Backs: Laird, Doc, Sicily, Lloyd, Crisp, Webster (Possibly Harris Andrews)
Mids: Titch, Piggy, Cripps, Kelly, Fyfe, Macrae, Dusty if he can stay off the turps, Matt Crouch (Now that's an impressive midfield)
Rucks: Gawn, Grundy, daylight then Ryder, Nank (reckon Stef will be on the way down next year)
Forwards: Danger, Dunkley (if he retains status) Hawkins, Tmac, Darling, Heeney (Reckon Heeney has played forward enough to retain DPP but haven't seen any heat maps)

Would be a good year to have lots of forward Rooks. Anyone wanna have a go at putting a starting price on those 18 for next year? Obviously this is put together mostly on current form, without taking into consideration breakout candidates for next year, which we get every year.

Edit: Missed JDG. Could be the best forward of the lot next year.

I reckon Witherden could do a Docherty next year and make the leap from 90 to 105+ average. There is the what if Hodge is still playing argument to consider, but it didn't stop both Doc & Simmo going 105+ in 2016.

Gresham could be another. Priced at around 80-85 ave. Hmmmm

I have Gresh on my shortlist thinking he might do a McLean and play as a midfielder next year. Ideally, I'd like to see him moved to a permanent midfield role for the last 3 games as a bit of a SC trial run, kind of like with Dunkley post bye role.

Last 7 games.

Looking very promising at the moment. Doubt he would be on the radar for most people as well going in to next year. Seems like his midfield minutes will continue to go up and has already shown signs of being a quality player as this season has progressed.

Most said the same about Hibbo this year. Not saying he won't, but Sydney really do need to change their game style going forward. Whether that effects Lloyd's future output remains to be seen.

He's going to be at Gold Coast next year ;)

Awesome list!

I'd possibly add WCE #1 ruck Lycett to the list & Kreuzer who has missed a lot of games this year & will be a mid-pricer.

Hmm felt like he broke out this year but if not then definitely him! It’s why I also didn’t include Jack Redden from the Eagles.

I thought you were talking about 'breakout' SC studs for next season until I saw you had Lachie Whitfield. He has been huge this year all things considered. Although hopefully a defence/mid status next year turns him into a Taylor Adams 2017 style premium.
But yeah regardless, Crisp has big this season and could go on with it again next year. I'm using my last trade for this season on bringing him in this week.

Speaking of Taylah Adams, any chance he gets B/M DPP next year? Played more off half back earlier in the season before Treloar got injured IIRC  I'd be tempted to start with both Whitfield and Adams if they are B/M's. Chuck one of them in the mids.

I didn't have a COLL player this year .....that'll definitely change next season ...expect top 4 finish
