To be fair, SC doesn't technically need to be open until the round 1 teams are named anyway.

All our teams are going straight in the bin when the following happens

• Nab game 1 is played... start again
• Nab game 2 is played.... crap, start again.
• Nab game 3 is played...... thought he was a gun, better start again.
• Player we have our eyes on gets injured... Nooooo
• Article is written about player X getting more midfield time...... Lockity lock lock
• Someone randomly mentions some campaigner being a good get on this board.... you look into it.... and start again.
• Herald sun campaigners write an SC cheat sheet..... Why do they do this?
• You change your mind about starting with Dangerfield.... Nah brah, too expensive
• Herald sun campaigners write a piece about a cheeky POD you've had all along........ **** !!!
• Someone mentions going in with a different rookie structure..... What this random guy who finished 200k last year is saying makes sense
• You forget all about the byes.... faaaaark me
• You change your mind about starting with Dangerfield again..... Nah bro he's too good not to have ay
