And remarkably 4 defenders averaged 105+. Can't remember that happening for quite a few years, if ever.
Docherty, Simpson, Shaw and Boyd in 2016 would of been close?

Interestingly .....do we think the advent of the 6-6-6 rule change, may change the game enough, to bring back that strong inside 50 marking KPP .......could be good for Hawkins ?Interesting that the only 3 forwards to average 100+ this year are KP types - Hawkins, Westhoff & Buddy. Goes against one of the basic principles of SC = don't pick KP forwards.

If it was for all stoppages, then yes, absolutely, but unless I'm mistaken, they are only bringing it in for centre bounces aren't they? After that it's back to the rolling maul until a goal is scored. It could be great for a bunch of other KP players as well.
Saints McCartin could be interesting ?It could be great for a bunch of other KP players as well.
Yes they are only doing it for bounces after goals .....is this stage 1 ?If it was for all stoppages, then yes, absolutely, but unless I'm mistaken, they are only bringing it in for centre bounces aren't they? After that it's back to the rolling maul until a goal is scored.
Depends on whether or not he actually decides to try and get fit during the next pre season.Saints McCartin could be interesting ?
Lets hope soDepends on whether or not he actually decides to try and get fit during the next pre season.
There would be 50 better options to pick over him.
That's cruelThere would be 50 better options to pick over him.

Yes that’s a good point ?I'm more concerned about the impact it will have on ruckmen especially if it results in far less stoppages. The Gawn/ Grundy combo is going to be very expensive and potentially very risky!
That's cruel

Don't @ me saying I won't have enough coin.
No ....didn't say "should" pick him .....said "consider"Why is it cruel?
-He plays for St kilda who will be a bottom team as far we can tell again and really struggle to score.
-He has been injury plagued
-He has not shown much so far even when fit
-He is a KPF which I believe u have a rule against and for good reason.
So tell me again why we should pick him?
Saints McCartin could be interesting ?
Oh you guys are so cruel .....Saints have a top 4 list (cough) .....they said so themselvesDepends, will there be a VFL SC comp next year?
snuck in at # 346And McCartin should still not be one of them.
