Good to get a score, but very wary that this isn't even an official match. Not even JLT.

The biggest benefit would be the boost to our guys self-belief.
Positive feedback for the hard work they've put in during the preseason will be uplifting for them even in a game without a lot of meaning.

It will be interesting to see how we score in the 5th and 6th periods. If our running loads are as amazing as has been reported we should run the game out well.

Rankine has been great, so has Luko. Rated Murdoch in defence, his kick in work gets us up the field super fast.
Powell has been awesome off the wing. Ah Chee been good.
Wright has been super dominant. Marking everything. Looks to be a huge year for him if he stays fit.

Sounds like good signs from the players we’ve brought in. Rankine and Lukosius sound very promising.
But that’s about as much as you can read into it. Adding 7 or 8 players missing from each team means you can’t take more than individual highlights. Will still give great confidence to the playing group though showing we are on the right track.

You'd think that with probably more than 22 playing today, unlimited rotations, short periods that there wouldn't be any issue with running out the game.
Still would definitely be nice to capitalise on the good work done so far.

Hombsch has been solid from what I've seen. Miles playing, been ok haven't noticed him much.

I left after the third quarter. Rankine and Lukosius fit right in and just look like they know what to do. By my eyes Rankine had two goals.
Powell looked good to me, and Ainsworth pretty rock solid. Scheer hard at it, happy to take and give good contact.
