Surely this kent can't be as laughably bad as he was last year. He was an absolute gun in the TAC.

I suppose with the apparent midfield depth at Nor.f it would have to be a pretty ballzy selection indeed.
Give me Relton Roberts any day.

3rd world issue here, but I Don’t know how many times I’ve switched Setterfield from Mid to Fwd and back to mid..... where’s other people anticipating he will fit?

Depends if you want Corbett/Mcadam etc on field up fwd - mids always score more

My opinion is that you should pay a visit to a 3rd world country

I think so, with the new quicker play on rules we'll have Sicily bombing it out at times. Impey will run it out at times and Scrimshaw will use his lovely raking left boot to hit up forward targets. You know we love our lefties. Birchall's still a chance to play though, so scoring and security is anybody's guess. Never seen the kid play, but quite skillful and highly touted so should be capable of 70ish, with the occasional spike score for cash generation. If he's not named round one, he's in my team anyway. I'll pick a playing R3 and Scrimshaw can be a doughnut for the first few weeks like Ahern was last year.
If he scores 70 he’ll need to be on 60 by half time #zerotank

+1.

Collins ain’t a lock at that price - don’t trust Dew
Thompson the only tall defender lock and he is injury prone.

Second talls: Collins, hombsch, Leslie (injures and think out for a few months), B King, Day in a pinch

Third talls: Ballard, Burgess

Not much depth, but agree he isn’t a lock to be picked. If it means anything we took burgess and Corbett immediately but a few weeks before taking Collins in the state league scheme.

impossible to guess at this stage. In my current set up I dont have a mid/fwd in the midfield but ideally come rnd 1 I will have the switching option.
If Fort is named for Rd1 I'll be looking for my M11 to be my loophole doughnut. Preferably 102k with M/F DPP. I have Owies in that role ATM as I can switch him around with Setterfield between mids and fwds depending on bench scores.

Yes Fort the ruck at R3. IF he's named for Rd1 he obviously can't be used as a C loophole. That's where a M/F 102k M11 loophole doughnut comes in. Just need to make sure one of your forward rookies is also a M/F to toggle with him.

So Walsh is apparently keeping up with E Curnow in repeat sprint drills. Pretty ******* impressive. Looks set to play on the wing. If the play opens up this year due to the new rules and top runners have an advantage, could he be worth it at 207k? Knows how to find the ball and should get space if he's playing outside mid. Anyone tempted?
