Massive headache on the forward rookie front this week. Just as Drew and Parker firming as decent on-field options, both shit the bed, and the only sheets we have left to change them with are crusty old sheets that we never washed from last time (Setters, Balta, whoever).

Thinking of grabbing Miers as a decent ~60 av option hopefully. Thought he looked good vs Pies when he was near it (sick hair, helps CD to recognise him so he can be KOTD appropriately), and has evidently been getting more near it last 2 rounds based on scoring.

There's also Forgetting Sarah but seems like he can't be a keeper and is awkward price, you would be hoping for a quick cash spike and then flick to a fallen forward, problem is the forwards consist of good scorers who aren't dropping anytime soon, and dodgy p(r)icks of dubious top 6 capability given role etc.

anyone think its worth getting in Rozee for an under performing player, i know hes obviously not kicking 5 goals and getting over 100 each week, but if hes able to maintain a 75-80 average would you say its worth it?

Rookies on the chopping block this week for me:
Scott (BE 25), might get dropped. If he is then he will be replaced by Wagner/Lockhart/Stack.

Setters (BE 17) and Balta (BE 24) could also be traded out but there are no ******* forward rookies to replace them with. Might have to go something like Dunkley > Marshall and Balta/Setters > Miers/Rozee, but I really don't want to waste 2 trades on that.
Have the same plus Gibbons. I feel okay with keeping Scott. He'll get games sooner rather than later.
Not happy with my forward options though. Happy to hold onto Setterfield but Balta just isn't scoring.

Any good Swans rookies to come in for Hayward & McVeigh?

Oh wait... it’s Horse we’re talking about...

According to the club site - Rowbottom, McInerney, Foot, Reynolds, Wicks, Clarke and McLean where amongst the best in the NEAFL v Giants.

Clarke aside they are all rookies and Rowbum and McInerney did see a bit of JLT time, think they will get a chance this year but it might not be this week though, knowing Horse he will probably opt for spud Clarke and Kieran Jack.

Interestingly even though he is a mid, Rowbum played forward but still clocked up 30 touches, kid can play.

Went Gibbons to Stack. Gibbons surely gets dropped soon?

Now the real question I'm asking is should I field Stack over Butters?

any reason why you're going early?
why not wait a week to see if Gibbons can kick start his scoring and then you also get another look at Stack?

Rose was best on by the length of the straight. Not sure how his name didn't get a mention. 39 and 4 goals.

I can see it now, 20 thousand Kents trading Gibbons to Stack a week early for a measly 21k profit so they have juuuust enough $$'s to finance the premo point chasing sideways trade they desperately want to do this week, only for Stack to get injured in his 2nd game then having to use a further 2 trades to get him out.

That would be.....

You're welcome to his on-field 100 this week M8, I already have Cunsty & Walshy for that job. Stacky will look ace on my mid-bench next week though.

if he survives his second game*

haha same.

Giving that turd Balta one more week to get me a $1000 (assuming he can score 34)...then it's happy stack days.

Walsh, Buttfuccers and Cunntstable on field FOR LYF

you just described my trade plans for the week, only replace 'premo point chasing' with mid-price point chasing.
also i dont have Gibbons but the principal is the same. :$
