and the Dogs are not a good team this year. They won't be making the 8, and our midfield is being destroyed by them.
I'm bullish on the Dogs for finals. But said all offseason they have one of the best midfields in the comp

Not surprising they are smashing one of the weaker ones.

Too slow. Mcveigh laughable. Lloyd weak. Noone can kick. Longmire Davis and any of his mates. Who will coach next year? End 8th told our coach has coached us into every final,, blah, blah we are so lucky to have him.

How bad is that defence....

Longmire needs to put Heeney and Mills in the middle. It is insane that our two potentially best midfielders, if they are given a chance there, are being played elsewhere.

We're actually trying to play how everyone wanted us to play last year. Maybe we all just need to collectively accept we're just not that good.
It’s taken a lot of people on this site a long time to realise the team and club recruited for a game style and the change has exposed BOTH the players and the plan.

All I know is poor footskills has been the obvious weakness in this team for nearly half a decade, even when we were good.

Never been addressed by coaches successfully. In fact it keeps getting worse.

Melican is hopeless, continuing his poor form during the JLT series.

I don't think anyone should be talking about the defence right now as no defence could handle how clean the ball is coming in. It is all down to the midfield as they can't win the ball, and when the dogs have the ball they (the dogs) are able to kick it into our defensive 50 with no pressure at all. How can our defence be expected to cope? No defence could cope with the service that the Bulldogs forwards are getting.
