I will be happy to eat it if he proves right but doesnt it seem like Damo now works without any inside info at all. The way he sounds so confident about Crouch seems unconvincing.

Dont know if it's other responsibilities at AFL but doesnt seem with it when he's on radio. Would be better to have AFL exchange guys or Mark McGovern on. Can tell they're actually doing background work rather than bullshit like barrett and McClure. You expect it from ex players but not journos.

If hypothetically we lost crouch in a deal to GC but gained lukosius (the ONLY way i would deal with them for crouch), if we do trade eown with GWS then i would be telling them it is pick 6 + hately. Hately could end up being the inside mid to replace crouch long term and we get a hit at a serong or ash or kemp etc at 6 as well. Then if we can hold and get that pick 13 off of the dogs in a deal for keath it allows us to target another 1st round mid. It would be an excellent result if we had to lose b crouch

I haven't heard a lot about Knight in the last few days...he was linked with Sydney, but that was last week. I wonder if he gets a deal, perhaps one of their 60s picks...though I'd rather Knight and play him in the mids for that.
Alternatively, he could be 2020/3 as we will want to boost the points

I would be happy with that, imagine gettinf Lukosius, Hately, Jones and McHenry all from the '18 draft.

That's where my expectation levels are ATM, but I know I will be disappointed as ever with the outcome.
We won't get 13, we will move down to 6 (but won't get Hately et al), and we will do this whole BC thing again next year

Wanted to be traded earlier on in the season, like most of his teammates was disillusioned with the coaching.
Not sure if the recent changes have changed his mind or not.
