I just can’t see it. We will have a young team and he’s not developed a young team and leaves clubs in a bit of pain when he leaves.

Well if they go in with that line up again we will go nowhere.

We have Fog, EH, McHenry, McAdam, Stengle, Jones, Scholl, Butts, Hamill, Gallucci plus one high pick plus 2-3 other picks we need to develop who will be part of our next premiership push.

After 2-3 years with such poor development, we have to invest in these guys.

They actually can't. That thread is forever having posts deleted after people quote posts and reply. The no discussion thread is a great idea, but needs moderation. It can't be that hard to delete a couple of posts when required.

The idea is fantastic but the thread lost credibility when the moderator started modifying posts that were breaking rthe rules.

Anyone who posts a reply, gets a day off. It’s that easy. They only need to do it 2 or 3 times and they will stop.

If someone wants to comment on the post, hit the ‘quote’ (different to reply) link and then post it in this thread. Then you can actually reply. Its a very easy process.

Ross is a finisher and not a builder.

He would have been perfect for us at the end of 2015, but not for 2020.
