Even if he gets injured early in a game his mere presence on the bench will inspire us over the line.

Only 10 Saints players in the twos this week. 22 in the seniors, 15 missing with injuries, Doult watching on at Docklands.

Injuries may or may not be an excuse for the ones, but they definitely are for Sandy. Given a good run with injury there could easily be twice as many Saints players down there. Add Pierce/Longer, King, Lonie, Austin, Phillips, White, Clark, Armo, Hind, Marsh and they look a fair bit better as a side.
