Those win percentages jump around like crazy. Around about the end of the 1st quarter I was at 6%, Ridley and Jones have a solid night, Jeffery gets injured and I'm up to 72%.

By the looks of the other percentages our game is the only interesting one!

If a certain ravens supporter still wants Jackson, he’s going to have to pay a lot more than that hack Cousins

Week 2 Review

Game of the week- BakhGod (Orasia Fantazio) 157.93 d HamersRavens (Darwin Crocs) 157.92
A slew of controversy surrounded the finish of this clash of bitter division rivals. This one started out slowly for both teams with BakhGod stars Christian McCaffrey (7.30) and Mike Evans (10.10) underwhelming on TNF. The early slate of games was highlighted by some bad QB play with HamersRavens QB Kirk Cousins (0.90) having his second disastrous showing in as many weeks. The stars from the early slate were both Tight Ends with Bakhgods Vance McDonald scoring 2 TD's to net himself 22.80 and Hamers Travis Kelce taking the raiders D for 23.70. This one really hotted up in the primetime of SNF when Alshon Jefferey went down early with registering a score and was never going to return, leaving Hamer a player down. In the meantime Calvin Ridley took the game by storm with 8 catches for 105yds and a TD to net 24.50 and give his team a 157.93 to 104.77 lead with MNF to play. With Nick Chubb, OBJ and Kirksey to play the flailing Jets even though it seemed unlikely HamersRavens still had a shot. On the back off some brilliance from OBJ which included an 89 yard catch and run for a TD. HamersRavens had come right back and it was going down to the wire holding a lead of less than a point and with Cleveland holding posession it seemed like the ravens were a few short Nick Chubb runs away from victory until Baker Mayfield threw an interception. Nick Chubb saved the day by making a solo tackle and sending HamersRavens to a miraculous 0.99 win. HamersRavens were quick to let his opposition know how he felt about the close win in which he had scores of 0.00, 0.75 and 0.90. This is when controversy struck after Orasia Fantazio seemed likely to launch a challenge into the scoring of a Kenny Clark strip sack in which he was not rewarded a TFL stat. Before he could to do so the Sleeper gods had answered his calls and awarded the 1 TFL point catapulting BahkGod to an incredible and unlikely 0.01 point victory!

Record- BakhGod 2-0, HamersRavens 0-2

Til Valhal (@JShuttlesworth) 217.07 d Paolo’s Pals (PostPaolo) 149.28

Til Valhal flexed their muscles in this dominant showing against division rival Paolo’s Pals. The Valhal offense was the story in this with Pat Mahomes (29.62) leading a unit which had 4 guys top 20 points. This started on TNF when Godwin lit up the Panthers for 26.10 and continued early on Sunday when Dalvin Cook (28.10) and Austin Ekeler (21.30) dominated their respective contests, combining for 324 yards from scrimmage and 2 TD’s. In the afternoon slot Mahomes started slowly but destroyed the Oakland D in the 2nd quarter throwing for 278 yards and 4 TD’s in one of the best QB quarters ever played. He finished the day with 443 yards and 4 TD’s. Unfortunately for Paolo’s Pals any chance of matching the fire power of TV’s offense was quashed by injuries to James Conner (13.50) and Damien Williams (8.60) who both left during the game with knee injuries and didn’t return. Dak Prescott was Paolo’s best with a very efficient 87% completion percentage going 26/30 which included a run of 18 straight completions. He finished the day with 269 yards and 3 TDs as well as 69 yards rushing on 5 attempts to record a great score of 25.66. Paolo’s Pals injury woes continued on MNF when QB Trevor Siemian broke his ankle early after registering 0.12 and leaving Paolo’s Pals down to 1 starting QB on the roster.

Record- Til Valhal 2-0, Paolo’s Pals 1-1

BPGVandals (BeinPurplenGreen ) 161.23 d Krafty Touches (Dannyreed) 129.19

This one never got going and was a forgone conclusion after the early slate of games with the only real highlight being an endless barrage of rhyming taunts from BPGVandals throughout. This was a low scoring game from the outset with the only player topping 20 points being BPG’s QB Tom Brady. Playing perhaps the worst opposition in the league Brady lit up the Dolphins D passing for 264 yards and 2 TD’s whilst also adding on a QB Sneak from the 1 yard line to end up with a solid 24.66 points. KT’s Josh Gordon was not a beneficiary of Brady’s excellent passing catching only 2 passes for 19 yards and a measly 3.90 points. Combining that with star running back Joe Mixon (5.70) and an injury inflicted 3.00 to QB Ben Roethlisberger (who left in the 2nd qtr to an elbow injury that will see him miss the rest of the season) this team was never in the contest. The only bright spot was the KT defense with 3 players topping 16 points led by Kwon Alexander’s 3 pass breakups and an INT. BPG Vandals also rode Lev Bell with a score of 18.90 largely thanks to his 10 receptions from as many targets. A special nod to some bench players for BPG who could’ve really added some juice to the final score with new acquisition John Ross going off for 21.20 and veteran Emmanuel Sanders who is coming back from an Achilles injury at age 32 scoring 30.30.

Record- BPGVandals 2-0, Krafty Touches 0-2
Top Performers- BPG- Tom Brady 24.66, Lev Bell 18.90 KT Kwon Alexander 16.75, Justin Simmons 16.75

I Hate Love Songs (balmainforever ) 143.83 d Gillon’s Disciples (gillon ) 112.34

Two young stars of the competition clashed in this contest with Lamar Jacksons men taking the cake over Saquon Barkley’s Gillon’s Disciples. Lamar Jackson was simply irresistible 272yds and 2TDthrough the air to go with 120 yards rushing to finish with a 30.88 total, he’s 2nd straight score of over 30. He was helped by a huge effort from Texans linebacker Zach Cunningham who finished with 10 tackles and a sack for an even 20 points. Gillon’s Disciples we’re made to lean heavily on their stars Saquon Barkley (22.50) and Keenan Allen (17.80) who combined for 35% of the teams total score. Gillon will be making a call to Bruce Arians this week to inform him that OJ Howard is still on the Bucs roster after he went unsighted in the clash with the Panthers on TNF for 0 points. Unfortunately for Gillon’s Disciples this wasn’t the teams lowest scorer with veteran QB Drew Brees succumbing to a hand injury after a score of -2.48. Brees looks set to miss at least 6 weeks and with Eli Manning benched and a foot injury lingering over Cam newton’s game day status the disciples will need to find help in that QB room ahead of their next clash. IHLS will have some off their own decisions to make in the QB room after Mitch Trubiskys return of 5.60 I this game to go with 6.22, he has Mariota waiting in the wings who has had 2 decent games but can he be trusted?

Record- Gillons Disciples 0-2, I Hate Love Songs 1-1
Top Performers- GD- Saquon Barkley 22.50, Keenan Allen 17.80 IHLS- Lamar Jackson 30.88, Zach Cunningham 20

Undrafted Jims (Helfarch ) 178.92 d TotallyNotHelfarch (Raephix ) 177.51

An epic battle between two division rivals who may or may not be the same person (jury is still out on that). Either way no matter how confusing this matchup is, it has nothing on the ending to it. TotallyNotHelfarch started with a bang on TNF with linebacker Luke Kuechly dominating with 17 tackles and a score of 25.25 which made it look unlikely the Undrafted Jim’s could catch them. The biggest impact on the early spot on Sunday came from a player not on either roster, Jalen Ramsey. He was able to blanket Deandre Hopkins and limit him to 9.00 for TNH but also limited Deshaun Watsons ability to move the ball without his main weapon which saw him end with a score of 8.86 for the Jims. Aaron Jones had himself a day against what seemed like a tough matchup with Minnesota going for 150 yds total and a TD (25 points) but with Josh Allen scoring 22.22 for TNH the Undrafted Jims weren’t making up enough ground it seemed. TNH seemed to solidify their position with a huge defensive effort from D-lineman Cam Jordan scoring 15.50 and Cooper Kupp showing his over his ACL injury form last year going over 100 yds for a score of 17.60. TotallyNotHelfarch led Undrafted Jims 177.51 to 129.57 with the UJ’s yet to play Julio Jones and Joe Schobert this seemed like the game was over. Julio Jones decided to make MNF slightly interesting by taking his 5 receptions for 106yds and 2 TDs for a score of 29.10. The game down to the most unlikely of hero’s in Joe Schobert with the task of compiling 18.84 points to see his team to victory a feat he had only achieved 3 times in 46 career games. Joe was compiling tackles throughout the game and closing the gap but what happened with 7:04 remaining in the last quarter could alter the season for both teams involved. As Le’veon Bell caught a pass from Jet’s third stringer Luke Falk he bounded down the sideline, instead of stepping out of bounds he decided to take an upcoming hit from Schobert who put his head right on the ball and popped it free. The Undrafted Jims had completed the unlikely comeback with the most unlikely hero with an unlikely fumble between two opponents who may or may not be the same person. Confused?…I am!

Half Baked (drd23 ) 236.75 d Fu Pirates (fuey ) 174.85

Half Baked get a big win in what was a high scoring track on their home field. They did it with stars all over the field but also an incredible stat of only two players scoring under double digits. The Fu Pirates started well with DJ Moore scoring 17.90 on 9 catches to get them going. They were dealt a huge blow when Half Baked exploded to put up a mammoth 194.9 in the early slate of Sunday games alone! Through impressive performances on defense from Danielle Hunter (19.25) and Blake Martinez (17.25) and on offense through Kenny Golladay (27.20) and Mark Andrews (23.20) HB just overwhelmed Fu Pirates. Despite getting some great performances themselves through Myles Garrett (23) who made mince meat of the Jets O-Line and Jimmy G (20.68) who averaged over 10 yards per attempt for just the second time in his career, they were always in a deep whole. Despite achieving a good score of 174.85 that could have been more if not for a injury to starting TE David Njoku (0) who left the game with concussion and was later diagnosed with a broken wrist and a down day from Alvin Kamara (7) who fell 15 points shy of his projected total. Overall both teams had good scores but no one was going to touch Half Baked’s 236.75 which was good for best score of the week by almost 20 points.

Week 3 Review

Game of the week-
Til Valhal (J Shuttlesworth ) 197.67 d I Hate Love Songs (balmainforever ) 180.34

In the closest game of a lopsided Week 3 of contests, Til Valhal improved to an impressive 3-0 record with a 17.33 point victory over I Hate Love Songs who join the rest of the division on 1-2. This matchup was highlighted by the highly anticipated showdown of two of the best young QB’s in the league TV’s Pat Mahomes (25.86) and IHLS’s Lamar Jackson (21.28). This battle didn’t disappoint with the reigning MVP showing why he was the Number 2 overall pick continuing his impressive start to the season with 374 yards, 3 TD’s and 0 interceptions. Lamar on the other hand left some points out there, he missed on a couple of deep down field throws to the end zone to Hollywood Brown and Mark Andrews and the ravens failed to convert on 3 2pt conversion attempts. Although he was inconsistent through the air Jackson looked incredible when running the ball including a 9 yard TD run on 2nd and goal in which he beat 3 chiefs defenders and out Baltimore within 5 points with 2 minutes remaining. Valhal used the Vikings vs Raiders clash to add 63.3 to his score courtesy of a ridiculous 13 catch 134 yard performance from college WR converted to NFL TE Darren Waller (27.10) and continued dominance on the ground from Dalvin Cook (24.30). Despite disappointing performances from rookie pair Josh Jacobs (4.40) and TJ Hockensen (1.10) IHLS had an impressive 5/6 defenders reach double digits highlighted by Jaylon Smith’s red zone forced fumble on Kenyan Drake to take his score to 15.50. Coming into Monday Night Football IHLS needed 29.34 from Allen Robinson to steal a victory and as fate would have it he would be relying on his benched QB Mitch Trubisky to funnel the ball through him. Trubisky as to almost taunt IHLS did throw 3 TD’s to a receiver to get them over 32 points unfortunately for BF it was Gabriel not Robinson (12.00) to reap the rewards.

Record- Til Valhal 3-0, I Hate Love Songs 1-2
