Only saving grace is still got 25 trades as I've tried to be patient waiting for cows to moo (and also I've been cowardly and frozen like a deer in headlights and done nothing a few times when I should have done something).

Premos are hemorrhaging value right now. Grundy, Macrae, Conigs, Danger, even Junkley, Heeney, Brayshaw... but that doesn't matter if they're keepers, right?

Yeh, agreed on Sprayshaw, but he's a relatively minor problem and could always bang out a heroic 130 like Junkley did this weekend. He probably survives the byes and if there's no signs of life take him up to a proper player. He IS actually getting the ball, and has been cruelled by Champion Data a few times, too.

I like to look at teams' benches this time of year as they are a good indicator of the health of a SC team as far as injury cover goes, but more importantly cash generation and ability to upgrade. Teams with lots of dead rookies of little $ value on their benches means they won't be making too many on-field upgrades any time soon. I think I'm in reasonable shape at the moment with 7 regular playing bench rookies all still making money and with B/E's lower than their season averages. Although a couple of them are only 1-2 weeks away from mooing, but at least most of them will have made enough money to finance my remaining on-field upgrades by the time they're culled.
