This made me laugh. Cheers.

;):thumbsu:

The contract situation is in a very good position.

Goldy & Benny McKay are the must re-signs, along with Majak if he maintains/increases his improvement curve.

There's enough coin there for "you know who".;)

Fingers crossed for Sammy Wright having an injury free season after his act of loyalty to the club by committing for a lesser contract, and for the magnificent Scotty Thompson.:thumbsu::thumbsu:

Sign up Maj now

Then all resources into Josh Kelly

And Coniglio as a free agent

Other decent free agents Stephen Hill, Adam Tomlinson and Nick Haynes

He'll be very short odds to go back west if he goes anywhere.

Larkey would want to start getting regular games. Another zero game season would spell trouble. I have faith though.

Williams should not rest on his laurels, there is now much more competition for spots as a small/medium in our backline.

I reckon Nick has another 12 months of physical development and the clu have seen enough to persist.

True about Marley, but I reckon he was pretty good in 2018, all things considered.

Looking forward to getting to Mark II by New Years.

I know it's 12 months out and a lot will change, but with the depth we have now, there's likely to be some players stiff to be cut when it comes to next year's compulsory list changes. Particularly if we also need to make space for a certain someone from GWS.

Its why im excited to get to some vfl games. Which of the depth is actually going to make it and which will just remain as potential.

Do we have any father/ son NGAs next year? If so, I would be interested in any informed view of their talents.

Zurhaar and Murphy to be upgraded next year, so that's two senior spots gone.

think we have a spare senior list spot anyway due to going with 39 on the senior list this year instead of 40

this year 39 senior list plus 5 on rookie list
next year we'd just go back to 40 and 4

going early but we could even just draft 1 kid and upgrade 2 rookies and only need to cull 2 players due to having the spare list spot like Thompson retire and 1 of Durdin/Wright delist

That spot will be used for a ruckman at some stage.

Actually if my maths is right we are currently rolling with 38 on the senior list and 5 rookies
Plus 1 Cat B rookie

So we are actually 2 short on the senior list atm, assuming a ruck takes 1 spot that will fill our list to 39 senior and 5 rookie

Then the following year we go back to 40 and 4

Yep, that looks right.

38 - 6 rookies
39 - 5 rookies
40 - 4 rookies

It would have be Scotty's last season. Not much more juice to squeeze?
