Let's be honest he's not a 35-50 goal a year forward, he hasn't kicked 50 since 2015 his highest since then is 38. He's a 35-38 goal forward. He's very cover-able in that regard.

Yep - he's a 35 to 38 goal forward .......... playing as the sole tall forward who is expected to also be a lead up target while also helping out in the ruck.

I'm going on the record to say Í dont like this. Acres has all the tools and 1 day it's gonna all come together.

I still think Acres replaces the future 2nd in the rumoured deal, and we use that pick for Jones, meaning we aren't forced into shipping Bruce out for unders.

I doubt we get that return. Steak Acres

Howard, listen to the Port supporters and Port media like Russell and Cornes. Essendon and North were extremely keen.
Butler is anything but fringe. Exactly what we need.
Ryder was steak knives and insurance

All good pick ups and all are upgrades on the players they will replace in our 22. Hill an A grade play maker, Howard reportedly massive upside and a leader, Jones I think really adds speed to our mid pack, Butler probably an upgrade on Black or Lonie, Ryder is strategically important.

If it all happens probably the best trade period I can recall for in club in a number of years.

Probably the only negative is Bruce.
