Bleh, the whole Newnes thing really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Spent years backing him through over a hundred and fifty games, spends the last two years doing SFA and then cracks it when he is offered a less then stellar contract. Well no shit mate, you've wasted a lot of potential you had as a developing player and leader of the club and now youve f’ed off as a DFA so the club benefits absolutely nothing from you leaving.

Should have made him go through the ******* draft personally.

We got Membrey and Roberton from the same goodwill of their old clubs delisting them despite offering them contracts and preferring they stay.
We cant have it both ways.

Nah but my dad probably should have got arrested for chewing his ear off. I felt really bad bothering him on his holiday but he still had plenty of time for us.

Buzzing for Brad Hill, thinks he’ll be great which really isn’t news to any of us.

First thing he asked us was if we were members so lucky that we both are!

Absolutely loves Ratten, will be a completely new game style hopefully. He really got stuck into them about skill level and funnily enough Richo wasn’t too bothered.

Plenty of other little things about how it’s a much better feel being at Moorabbin so let’s hope the stars align from now.

Think he’s here for one more day so will see if I can probe for more.

Poor guy will have to hide in his room soon. Seriously though someone who was a club benefactor has a resort up there so I reckon a few get cut price holidays. If you want to stalk, Cable beach resort from memory. Spend big there and the money might come back.

I understand that things do even out, but I mean more in personal aspect. Roberton left because of family reasons, Membrey due to lack of opportunity. Newnes is leaving.. because he's been a lazy soft player and they didnt offer him enough money. I consider that poor form.
