To me hind is a great geary replacement in waiting.

Atm we have pick 14 than pick 67. So we need To get creative and pick up something between on how we do that well I've got nothing..

I've given up on high picks as an avenue to improvement. Sell them all and just trade in state league mature agers. We'd just burn them any way.

You didn’t want Whitfield because you thought he was no good. Jones is still improving. It’s not like a hanners or Kent. So you wouldn’t like someone 7th on our list. Find that weird. Agree after about 15 but top 10 really improves your list. That’s 12 better than your 22 player. Gringo it’s obvious after reading you for years you want the perfect player. I doubt our club will get that

Whitfield I definitely got wrong, since he moved to half back he's been a gun. People were talking about paying him astronomical amounts before he'd done much as a lazy outside mid.

I'm not against Jones even, he'd be okay and he's a lot better than those two. Probably not ideal though as a type. I think we need ball winning insiders and he's a bit outside and yes he can play off the half back line but we don't need more of those.

I think we should target others first but if he's all that's available he'd be nothing to cry about.

There’s a lot to be said for the Geelong and Hawthorn models, expect us to follow them closely over the next two years.

I was concerned about Petracca’s arrogance, Brayshaw’s lack of leg speed and McCartin’s lack of size for a KPP. His health issues weren’t of any concern to me, because he hadn’t had his concussion issues.
Jordy I had seen play a number of times and on each occasion he dominated his opposition, at school as an onballer and at Oakleigh as a lead up forward.

Trout was outstanding compared to Peake, at least he actually went and watched games in person.

If Stuv is to leave that leaves us with a very one paced midfield.
