Nar he wouldn't unfortunately. He's worth about the same as Koby Stevens was imo.Dunstan would net us a second round from Essendon, who are crying out for a contested inside mid.

Probably late 2nd/early 3rd. That’s a pick in the 40s, don’t think it’s unrealistic. You must be kidding , if you could get that done you would be the Legend of Moorabbin , a bloke playing for sandy for a 2nd round pick![]()
I'm shopping Acres, Ross and Dunstan at year's end...

Not quite.
Once again injuries have forced our hand so these guys, including Sinclair will most likely get the whole year to obtain consistency.
If they do then great. The big obvious on Saturday was once again the lack of leadership in the middle and someone to grab the game by the scruff when it mattered most.
We need Two more A grade or elite mids. And if trading any of the above achieves it, then I'm open to the idea.
Keep Ross though Dustan to Carlton or GC
What do you think they would fetch?
Yeah right.
We got Roberton and Membrey for free and Bruce for a pick in the 40's.
Plenty of players have become huge assets to teams after being traded for peanuts.
Taking out the games where he got injured, Kent has kicked 3 goals 3 times in his last 9 games.
I honestly don't see how Dunstan fits into a midfield of Shiel, Heppel, Smith, McGrath and Zaka.Objectively I agree. But its a need for Essendon and I'm assuming that they don't have the salary cap for a bigger fish, so they lack some bargaining power.
lol, just because I think that's where we sit doesn't mean I'd be looking for those trades.Lets just be thankful your not in charge of our list , Coff , Members and long arn't going anywhere IMO and for some strange reason we signed up Sincs for another Two years , your right about the rest though
or anywhere really.. maybe norf?He wouldn't get a game there.
?Dear Jack.... you should come and play here, its way better than the Saints, they have more facilities and we get to hang out in the city. To be honest i miss playing with you, we've been on the same team like forever.
Best regards. Jack S.
What if it gets you a better player?Ross for a second would be up there with the dumbest trades we have ever done and we are renowned for it.
Oh snap.Yeah right.

Even if he did though, you can't expect to get a decent pick for a limited 24 year old that still can't get his way into the best 22.
.Nor really.Ross? You havin’ a laff?
If Since wants to spend the next 10 years at Sandy, then I'm all for it.Sinclair and Billings are pretty tight. Sinclair's a useful enough player i wouldn't mess with the dynamics.
Mate , i think your clutching at straws a bit there with the Coff stuff , love you imagination thoughlol, just because I think that's where we sit doesn't mean I'd be looking for those trades.
However if GWS was interested in Membrey/Coff to help get us Whitefield or Coniglio then I'd definitely consider it. Membrey is a good forward, but he isn't an AA. He could get there though.
And re Coff, maybe after a year and a bit the club has realised they reached on him, and maybe now they know him better they'd be keen on getting some value for him. Maybe not, but you have to be open to ideas. If we could get a top ten pick for him and the club don't rate him then that's something to be considered.
Sincs signed a 2 year deal but he's not crucial to our set up, especially with Hanners/Clarke to come in. Though I don't think we'd get much for him.
Just because I think these things are possibilities doesn't mean I'm endorsing them.
For example, I love stuv and wouldn't want him to go, but if he wants to get to geelong and we can get an early first for him then we should do it.
Ross is our VC and is worth more to us in that role than the second round pick we'd get for him. Also it would break up the group.
All I know is what we need are elite mids, inside, outside, it doesn't matter, that's what our team lacks most in. If we can get secure one or two we're that much closer to a flag

True.
That's just my view. But if Ross was part of a trade for Cogs would you do it?
Acres + 3rd for Ed Langdon
Ross for Parish + 2nd
Dunstan + first for one of the crouch brothers.
Of course you would but they would want our first with that. Anyway he will stay. We are better going for top ten on our list players than top one. We are as attractive as me in the trade table.True.

Not sure how true it was but their were rumours around last year we were having a crack at Brad Crouch. He's a FA at the end of next year.
