At some stage. Are you suggesting Twin Peaks?
Interesting...
That’s a very tall forward line. One that has never been done before. Agility is important. They might be fast but I would be worried once the ball hits the ground. I must say I have little interest in losing another first pick for a tall. Most good sides have very good medium or smaller forwards. I like working on averages not the outliers. At some stage.
I really like the idea from stewart66: Marshall, Winx and Binx.
Rotating.
Two primary talls, one primary ruck: all mobile.
From all reports Binx is your classic swingman: can relief ruck for p66’s 5 minutes per 1/4, and plays tall back or forward.
Theoretically, all playing maximum game time and leaving the interchange for primarily 4 mids.
Also means, if our midfield needs to work hard to support defence and offence then we have the legs to rotate.
Its good to hear
Problem is if he shows a bit next year they will want 2 x 1st round picks ?

Get Binx then get to work on Rozee. Let's get all the Saints supoorters together. Caldwell too iirc?
Simples
CHB.But how would we use him? Is he a ruck forward, do we sell Marshall just as he comes good? Ultra tall backs are extremely rare in AFL so really it's like having two identical types of tall forward. I can't see two in the same side myself.

Agree but as you say let’s just see. I reckon nearly everyone on here wants us to get class mids. We have none with jack out. This Saturday Gold Coast May even have a better midfield.CHB
Let’s see how he goes next year before we sell the farm but if really good players want to come we should take them
Not saying fact or fiction.Wowee. Firstly if the rumours were true which they are 100% not how would that even slightly effect the club. Secondly why do both go. Internet is ****** sometimes
Top right pic is a fair hintAre we talking some kind of love triangle between the two Jack’s & Kiera?
Understand your concern but there’s no additional talls for the forward line really. That’s a very tall forward line. One that has never been done before. Agility is important. I thought every club got access to one 17 yo and most of the other clubs chose early. So we did not have to pick ours until laterI can’t remember why. Obviously not age. I remember having a conversation with him shortly after the draft. I’m confused now because I always though that.

Watch him.kick 5 and bury us on Saturday...Understand your concern but there’s no additional talls for the forward line really.
One of the three would ruck, leaving two as forwards.
(Or the ruck plays a kick behind if the ball is in our F50 and one of the two forwards ruck).
So we’d be playing with two talls forward plus Membrey.
(Bruce would be under pressure for his spot).
Alternatively, Binx may actually develop as a swing man and start back.
Which would change the structure yet again.
The small forwards would be whoever develops from our current crop.
As for using another first pick on a tall, I’d like Binx to develop at GC for his entire 2 yr initial contract. He’ll get more benefit out of that than competing with his twin for game time with us. Likely to allow us to get a better read on his potential/worth that way too.
Which means this year we can spend our first on the mid/mids that you’re after.
The reason I’m drawn to this idea of stewart66 , is the unique flexibility it provides.
Three mobile, agile, highly skilled talls that can rotate is very appealing and would be difficult to combat. Especially if the players are essentially interchangeable.
Of course, this is just spitballing.
Binx might be hopeless or signs a five year deal with GC tomorrow.
