I’m only agreeing with the first sentence. It also hurt us against Richmond, Collingwood and Essendon. It definitely is a factor.

There's not always an outside player worth tagging and I'm not sure he's up to tagging someone like Cripps or Bont.

Daniels read that better, and had a full head of steam. Yeah Daniels is probably faster than him too, not everyone is going to be the same speed.

If he can’t run any faster, he can’t run any faster. What do you want him to do about it?

I don't think it'll be the end of the world if we don't land another big fish. Still so much improvement from quite a few mid level players.

McStay does all the small things right a lot of the time. Just needs a few goals.

McInerney needs a lot of improvement in his ruckwork.

Hopefully a lot of improvement from McCarthy and Rayner comes from big improvements in fitness and more confidence in front of goals.

Witherden just needs to keep improving as he has.

Adams will improve with regular games and a lot of work on his disposal.

The super talented guys like Clug, Hippy, Andrews, Bailey, etc. Will continue to improve with experience.

And hopefully the older guys like Zorko, Stef, Robbo, Bundy, Lyons, etc don't fall away.

Then there's heaps of talented guys in the 2s who can keep improving and push for selection.

Watching withers just give up was so disappointing. Just such a pathetic effort that cost us a game in the end
