No easy games this time of year all it takes is one bad quarter still quality sides in it.Cannot afford a quarter like last week against lions get blown away easy .Eagles a dangerous do not right them off.We play at our best 4 quarters we win.
My theory is one team does not need to dominate another for 4 quarters to win a game of football. Just have to score when we have the ascendency and defend well all game. I've seen us go from a side in 2015 which used to get huge leads, and get run down. Now I'd rather an arm wrestle early in the game, and back our game plan to get us the win. Destiny is in the players laps now. Just need to be switched on every game. Which the players seem to be. We have weak links, no doubt, but our team has been getting results now for a couple of months.

Imagine ifwe break the Pies like we did the Crows
Pies, Offal and Old Boy's Club and their Maggott lickspittles will be working agin us all in the GF...bookmark it!
We win we will have broken another Club...the AFL as well...but it's going to be a tough ask!

FOR RICHMOND to win Friday night's preliminary final against Geelong, it will have to equal a club achievement set in its premiership year of 1980.

And if the Tigers win the flag, they'll accomplish something no side from Punt Road has done since Jack Dyer was in just his third year at Richmond in 1933.

After slumping to ninth position on the ladder with a percentage of just 92 after round 14, Richmond has reeled off 10 straight wins on the back of players returning from injury and strong form.

It's the club's equal-third best winning streak, with only two sides recording a greater number of consecutive wins in Richmond's history.

In a good omen for the current batch of Tigers, both were premiership teams.

The 1980 side won 11 games between round 4 and round 14, with the first and last wins coming against Collingwood (coincidentally, the team the Tigers thrashed in the Grand Final later that year).

Richmond's greatest winning streak of 12 kicked off in round 11, 1932, and finished in round two of the following year, and included the '32 flag win over Carlton.

Jeeze. Remember when we won, what was it, 9 on the trot to make the final is 2014? We were absolutely cooked by the end of that run and you could tell it felt like they’d played out of their skins just to get there. No surprise Power smashed us.

Not saying we’ll win, but Now it just feels like we’re warming up.
