I'd rather have a 192cm forward like Stringer or 193cm Gunston than a lumbering dinosaur who's over 200cm in today's fast break centric footy. Or better yet, a guy like Roughead who can play as a full time midfielder or crumbing forward and still dominate.

Not saying a player like Dixon won't be very handy but a team can only afford to carry one or two like him because his opponents are going to exploit the matchup going the other way if they're smart. Players of that size are generally useless defensively when the ball hits the deck.


Oh and lol at another preseason "LOOK AT US!" puffer thread. These guys must be even more desperate for recognition than Chad Wingard's stylist.
