Rules
1) National Draft picks are due 24 hours after the previous pick or 9am Saturday December 12, whichever is later.
2) If you do not take your pick in time, you are skipped and your time is halved for all remaining picks in all drafts.
3) If your previous pick was skipped and you have not taken it before your next one comes up, you get 0 hours for that pick and if one or both of those picks are unpassable, they are auto-picked.
4) Once you have been auto-picked, you will continue to be auto-picked (and your time continues to be halved) until you post to say you will take your next pick.
If you have two successive picks, this is considered one pick for the purposes of these rules.
5) National draft auto-picks are taken from the top of the player list in this post.
6) For players with salaries listed and no length specified, these are 1 year salaries, and you must have the cap space to pay for them. If you want them for longer than 1 year, you must post that at the time of taking the pick, and will pay the minimum for that length (150/188/225/263/300) if that is greater than the listed salary. The only exception is if you redraft your own contracted delisted player - in this case the player will return to his existing contract.
7) If you choose to pass, that pick will be replaced with a Pre-Season Draft pick.
13) The Pre-Season Draft commences immediately after the conclusion of the National Draft. Picks are due 24 hours after the previous pick. All players with salaries listed are dropped back to minimum salaries and auto-picks are from the top of this list. The only exception is if you redraft your own contracted delisted player - in this case the player will return to his existing contract. You may use your pick to permanently promote one of your rookies on a draftee/minimum contract, but will not receive any additional Rookie Draft picks even if that frees up enough space for one. If you choose to pass, that pick will be replaced with a pick in the Supplementary Selection Draft.
9) For every $80k of salary cap space remaining after the Pre-Season Draft has concluded, you will get a Rookie Draft pick (up to the maximum 6 players).
10) The Rookie Draft commences immediately after the conclusion of the Pre-Season draft. Picks are due 24 hours after the previous pick. There are no autopicks in the Rookie Draft and any unused picks will be passed at the conclusion of the draft. If you choose to pass, that pick will be replaced with a pick in the Supplementary Rookie Selection Draft.
11) You have until the first bounce of the AFL pre-season games to delist any players in order to get an extra Supplementary Selection Draft pick.
12) Supplementary Selection Draft commences at 8am Wednesday March 10. Picks are due 24 hours after the previous pick. You cannot pass in the Supplementary Selection Draft. If picks are missed they will be auto-picked at the conclusion of the draft from the top of the salary listed players within the available cap space remaining on that team's list.
13) At the conclusion of the Pre-Season Draft, any Supplementary Rookie Selection Draft picks that no longer fit within a team's cap will be auto-passed.
14) The Supplementary Rookie Selection Draft will commence immediately after the conclusion of the Supplementary Selection Draft. Picks are due 24 hours after the previous pick. There are no auto-picks in the Supplementary Rookie Selection Draft and any unused picks will be passed at the conclusion of the draft.

Live Pick Trading
At the commencement of the AFLTM National Draft teams may trade draft picks and/or future draft picks with other teams. No players can be involved in these trades and teams must remain under the salary cap and within the contracted player limit at all times.
  • Live pick trading opens when the AFLTM National Draft commences and closes at the conclusion of the National Draft.
  • Only trading of National Draft Picks (including future picks) is allowed, no Pre-Season Draft picks, Rookie Draft picks, or recently drafted players are allowed to be traded.
  • Only National Draft Picks allocated to your team in the National Draft order list below can be traded. Any picks you may have on your contracted table that aren't currently included in the draft order cannot be traded.
  • Any traded picks become unpassable in the National Draft, as well as any pick before the traded in pick.
  • Teams must remain under the salary cap and the list size limit/minimum at all times and with every trade. This includes all unpassable picks counting towards total player payments and list sizes.
  • No players can be delisted/traded to make room for live pick trading.
  • No changes to time limits on picks. If you trade for a pick that is on the clock the confirmation of trade and the selection must still be made within 24 hours of the previous pick.
  • When trading a 2 (or 3,4,etc.) for 1 (or 2,3, etc.) pick deal, the team receiving more picks in return must have an enough unpassable picks that can be forefeited in order to remain under the list number limit. The team trading out multiple picks will have their next available pick/s on the "contracted player list table" slot into the appropriate position in the draft to keep the team at the correct list size.
  • The number in brackets next to the draft pick number represents that draft picks' original pick number as shown in the contracted players list table in the off-season thread. This number is to assist with the trading of picks and provides a reference of where picks will shuffle back into the draft order in the case of trades being completed.
