County have scored just before halftime to take a 2-1 lead.

One of the reasons Hearts have started the season so well is former Ross County striker Liam Boyce has made a good start to the season. He finished the 2016/17 season as the Premierships leading goal scorer and was the main reason we stayed up that season, if he can score 20-25 goals this season, you would think Hearts would be good enough to finish in the top 3 or 4 this season.

Ross County and Hearts finish 2-2. The Staggies have played Rangers, Celtic, Hearts, Hibs and Aberdeen in the first six rounds and have drawn three and lost three. The next six rounds should be easier, hopefully we can win a few.

11 games into the season and Ross County have recorded their first victory, a 5-0 thrashing of Dundee at Dens Park, Dundee.

It's the Staggies biggest ever win in the top flight and closes the gap between the last placed County and 11th placed Dundee in the relegation battle.

Ross County haven't had any problems scoring this season, we have the fourth best attacking record behind the top three, but it was nice seeing us keeping an opponent scoreless, we haven't done that since the 0-0 draw in the opening game of the season.

Good time for Gerrard personally to leave. The upside is all with Celtic. Rangers have no money so he would struggle to improve, or even retain, the squad in January while Celtic had to sell Ajer/Eduoard/Christie over summer so should have the cash for 2-3 more signings to fill out the squad. Gerrard would be expected to retain the title and if Ange managed to chase them down and reverse 20+ points from last year it would kill any premier league ambitions for Gerrard. Get out while the going still looks good and blame the next guy for it turning pear shaped.

Feeling Confident.

County will be relegated at the end of the season. :( :(

It's nice to see Inverness stuttering in the Championship, means they may not replace us next season.

A Mr Boyle has fired the Hibs into the league cup final with a hatrick against Rangers. Will be interesting to see how well the Rangers play for the rest of the season without Gerard.

Brilliant win by Hibs. Just watched the replay… what a first half !
Now just go on and win the damn thing.
Too many lost semis, too many lost finals.
Get that silverware.
GGTTH

Ross County defeated Dundee 3-2 to move off the bottom of the Premiership table for the first time since October, and we still have two games in hand. One of our games in hand will be played mid week at home against Celtic, hopefully we can get a point or perhaps even sneak a win. The Staggies have been in good form of late winning three and drawing two of our last six.

Ross County’s recent good form continued with a 2-1 win away at St Johnstone, moving us out of the relegation zone and up to tenth.

It’s our fourth win, along with three draws, from our last nine games, which is a massive turn around from our first ten games which didn’t include any wins.

The most surprising thing about our season to date is our ability to score, we have scored 26 goals to date which is the fourth most in the SPFL.
