Patrick Mahomes was cleared from the league's concussion protocol.
As expected. Mahomes himself even said he'll "be able to go out there and be myself" on Sunday. Mahomes was never expected to miss the Conference Championship round, but the fact he's been cleared over 48 hours leading up to kick-off is terrific news.

Good to see
How’s his feet?

Patrick Mahomes said his toe is "feeling a lot better."
Mahomes was clearly struggling to move on what likely was a turf toe injury last week, but he said the injury has improved a lot in recent days. He even went as far as saying "it wasn't as bad as it looked." Mahomes will start against the Bills on Sunday after clearing the concussion protocol, but the toe injury will be a storyline. During his playoff career, Mahomes has been more lethal on the ground. With Mahomes' injury status clearing up, the betting market has settled on Chiefs as -3 or -3.5 favorites.

Heart says Bills.

Head says Chiefs.

Fantasy world is that the SB is Bills V Bucs.

But in all likelihood it will be Green Bay V Chiefs.

If the Bills can go all the way that would be my preferred outcome.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is dealing with turf toe in his left foot but is not expected to need surgery after the season.
Rapsheet added that Mahomes will meet with a specialist after the season to ensure that surgery isn't needed. Mahomes will not be perfectly healthy for the Chiefs' AFC Championship game versus the Bills but even a less than 100 percent Mahomes is still capable of greatness. He did miss a few throws late in last week's game but still played well. The biggest difference will be his lack of running ability. Mahomes hit another level as a runner in the playoffs last year but this injury makes it unlikely that he'll repeat the same performances this postseason. Mahomes ceiling takes a small hit but he remains the top QB for DFS purposes this week.

FOX's Jay Glazer reports Patrick Mahomes (toe) has been fitted with a "special orthotic" for the AFC Championship Game against the Bills.
Per Glazer, the Chiefs are "very concerned," and Mahomes could require offseason surgery. Glazer confirms the toe was a bigger issue during practice this week than Mahomes' concussion, which apparently wasn't actually a concussion. Scrambling for first downs like mad in 2020, Mahomes' foot could loom large as the Chiefs look to repeat as AFC champions.
