Not that I'm one for watching after we've been knocked out but this will be our hub for Finals discussion through the Grand Final.

Talk about those 8 teams that made it and be bitter that it's not us.

Well I’ll be wanting a Handbaggers Franchise loss tonight.
Always good fun watching the Handbaggers Franchise fans completely melt away every year when they collapse when it matters.

The interstaters make up the Top 3

Lions
Power
West Coast

Then

Saint Kilda - Been a while
Bulldogs - Because they are better options than the bottom three
Collingwood - I have family members that are supporters (Doesn't everyone?)
Richmond - Because they are not Geelong
Geelong - Just no.

Richmond clear least favourite for me.

I wouldn’t mind the bulldogs winning again. They’re probably second on my list.

Well I’m off to the Handbaggers Franchise Board now for the next half hour or so to watch another annual beautiful epic melt of the glass jawed clubs fans.

I was at the match wearing my Brisbane jumper.

great game, crowd buzzing.

lyons, rich, starcevich, McInerny, cameron among the best for me.

goes to show that you can get players from all avenues.

cameron traded for a high pick, Lyons traded for nothing, rich a high draft pick, starcevich a late first, OMac pulled from the qafl as a mature ager.
Good to get high picks but got to keep options open!

Great game.

Lesser of evils for me. (As a pies fan I can't like brisbane.. too much recent history there....) But so glad to see Richmond lose. Hate them a lot more. Now they have to do it the not so easy way (I would have said hard, but that would require them going from elimination final)

Not sure how keen I am to see a final played at Metricon that doesn't involve us...

But hey Geelong and Richmond both took an L so it's not all bad, Hopefully our 5th through 8th friends help out and give them some straight sets

Pretty much a case of may the best and healthiest teams win the two finals today as they then go on to represent normal decent humanity next week against Handbaggers Franchise/RICHmond.

St Kilda do what they should do and close that game out for a comfortable win and they are a chance next week.
Because they fell apart and nearly lost they are carrying on like they won the GF.
They will now get flogged next week.
