this is one of those posts where I wonder how we inhabit the same planet. Not trying to be critical, just noting that my view is massively, massively different

I just feel he is the next Shayne Breuer Myers that is. Suspectible in tough finals, I hope I'm wrong. I was comparing him to young daicos, similar skill sets but daicos relishes the physicality not sure about gryan in that department he picks and chooses

Fogarty is a class player we need more games into him

To me that's the 22...points of contention are do you bring in sav or Jenkins as a 2nd key forward which requires one of the key defenders to drop out (probably hendo) and do you play an extra defensive type forward (for example Atkins) but that's what I'd go with.
ISteven has been up and down in form but he is building and he has a record of performing in big games so I'd go with him over the guys next in line.
I love Clark's x factor but I'm not sure who i would drop to get him in on current form and his durability worries me. But we have good depth.

God selection is tough now. Bolded are locks. Kolo is probably also and will play but we have, in my opinion, one too many defenders when he's in.

Atkins and Close aren't superstars but bring frontal pressure. I think one of the two will get a game as Ablett is poor defensively. Is Ablett fit enough after missing so much footy? Takes me back to 1992 when we brought Bruns in for the GF when he shouldn't have been selected. But Ablett is Ablett - he has to play.

Taylor plays but he's almost expendable now. With a full team I have him in now vying with Kolo for that last defensive position. Steven gets in (just) in front of Fogarty.

I'm a bit confused by the above sentence - why would the inclusion of a forward (SavRat or Jenkins) require the omission of a defender?

Menegola is currently the best winger in the afl. How could you put him back to the half forward flank again? He is my smokey for the brownlow. As a winger.

What you're describing there are probably potato/potato issues.

It's not the 1970s, and a player named on the half-forward flank is not obliged to stay in the front half of the ground once the ball is bounced.

I have no idea why Close is even being considered, against the Tigers he had 3 touches and players just broke his tackles so easily. Ablett is back end of story, Close needs to build up in the Gym.
