Assuming we don’t play finals the team will be around 67 games at season’s end with about half of the list over 50 plus games. Numbers developing nicely and not as inexperienced as I thought.

Play on:

Think Murphy can go on for a couple more years. Hopefully he plays more outside and closer to goal.

Ed Curnow is underrated and I think remains one of the first picked in the team when fit (apparently has continuing throat injury). Should play 3+ years.

Rucks: Kreuzer should play a couple more years. May struggle to push on after he turns 30 ... Not sure how many years Lobbe has on his contract. We recently resigned Phillips for 2 years so both I think push on to 2019. Lobbe and Phillips are minimum ruck depth for Kreuzer and both can help develop TDK.

Jones if he plays in the seniors like he did in the second half of 2017 he holds his spot.

Casboult has a 2 year contract as well. Can see him being pushed out of the Best 22.

Wright might be pushed out of the Best 22 if Garlett and a few of our new batch of midfielders come on. Nevertheless warrants staying on the list as depth and leadership in the VFL. Signs one year contracts.

Go:

Thomas, Rowe and Simpson. Likely retire.

Perhaps Alex will have done his dash / job by the end of 2018.
