Polec was stiff, thought he played very well for us in the scratch matches.

Yeah weird that they'd bother with this for this year; was hardly the VFL either. Some players ended up playing for the opposition due to a lack of numbers.

Would have liked to have seen him play in the ones at some stage this year.

He was pretty solid for half the season then dropped away markedly by the end of the year.
