Make no mistake though, from what I've seen a lot of Tigers fans are gutted that Markov is leaving. Will be a very solid addition.
I don’t think he will but there is still that niggle of doubt that he could end up a Murdoch or FHS who were fringe Cats or C.Ellis fringe tiger.

How much cheaper if Collingwood is paying upto 300k of treloar's wage? We missed the boat on menegola, should have got him 2 years ago when he was fringe at Geelong. Our timing of Markov is perfect.
Really excited to have our wings in place. Atkins will be very serviceable. Those 2 will help break the lines.
My hope for another key defender is fading, hope Ballard is in for a big summer in the gym.

Right we should of targeted him a year or 2 ago.
He’d be on a basic wage atm and will be commanding 500k +? One would guess
To switch clubs? Would have to accept a lot less to stay with cats
Maybe only 100-200k cheaper then Treloar a year of pies pay 300k out of a 900k salary
No family issues or mental demons that I’m aware of.
I am sure we target all potentially suitable players. Just convince them to come. I still remember when we tried to lure Duncan in Ablett's trade. Even Lang refused to entertain the idea and now he is de-listed.

Prefer Markov over Ellis. He was always getting injured just as he was coming good and never really had a good go at it. Was probably the quickest player at Richmond and at 189cm that makes him pretty appealing. Consensus on our board was that he was the unluckiest player not to be playing the GF because his games this year were pretty good.

After doing some more research I am quite impressed by Craig Cameron being able to pin point Markov and get him. About to break out and seriously fills a need. Well done sir.
