Not all is bad with SUNS. Could you imagine that e.g. last year Cameron would only draft Rowell and use pick 2 in B Crouch trade and pay him 900K? No major stuff ups recently.
A lot of players were already there. Neale was a luck not Ambrogio. Some of his choices are questionable - Adams, Birchall, CEY.
Mitch Robinson was 27 when he went to brisbane and has matured brilliantly. He's still got a cheeky nature but what he's added to brisbane and how he's gotten his s*it together is a good example of what the right atmosphere and mindset can do for a players character
