It's early days but yes the draft is meant to be filled with midfielders & smaller players with only a few key position players available. It should be noted that most clubs consider this draft very strong. I'm all in on the Josh Sinn train. Here's an early form guide (credit to eDPS):

Horne.

On reflection it's not a surprise Adelaide and North both decided against drafting player from outer state, both have "cultural" issues atm and don't back them self in avoiding the go home factor. Worked well for Hawthorn and Sydney as we grabbed the 2 best available talent.

Rachelle is the one I'd be watching From this list, Explosive around goal he has a few tickets on himself but the kind of guy that can back it up.

Really think DGB interview with Clarkson sealed the deal, by all accounts clarko really enjoyed his character.
Imagine having an 18 year old kid offer to buy you breakfast when you are a multi millionaire premiership coach... I would draft the kid just for a free brekky

Sinn + Merrett in 2021 offseason, make it happen

Lachlan Brooks is exactly what we need. 😎

Played footy against his old man(I’m saying this more and more and it’s makes me feel so bloody old) and had similar traits, was a gun in the GVFL.

I’m already keen to see how his 2021 unfolds.

Now the attention turns to the other end of the ground. A key forward in the 2021 draft would really bring it all together in my opinion. Someone who can play alongside Lewis and complement the new small/medium forwards.

If he’s like his old man and uncles he would be hard as a cats head.

Gralin would have a conniption if someone was to start a 2021 thread.
Come on Gralin

I'm keen to see some rankings from posters on the next years unsigned players/free agents

If Merrett puts off contract talks til end of the year, then sh*ts going to get real

Agreed. Hopefully One or both of Lewis / Patton get a good run at it in 2021 and lets see what Fly can do with our new small forwards Mitchell / Brockman.
Jeka

Anyway, I think this thread is done.

Every drafted player has a thread for updates and any general draft talk can go in the general AFL discussion thread.

Until next time.
