If we're gonna upgrade up the draft, I'd rather go for a KPF

IF Brown chooses us I can't see us Getting another 1st Round Pick unless we Trade Next Years One

X factor, goal sense, flair. What’s not to like? 😂

Read a Report said his Goal Kicking was Inconsistent.

Depends who is Avaiable at our 1st Live Pick and Where that Pick is

Yeah as I said a few pages ago, if he can tidy up his goal kicking he could be even higher on draft boards. But he’s still kicking goals. Just could have had a couple of bags of 7 or 8 instead of 5. If that’s his only knock that’s fine by me.

We do need Forwards who can Kick Goals.

But he sounds Similar to Stephenson,De Goey and Even Reef. So would we still Pick Him?

They might rather push him into the Draft
They would be silly to do that. But withdrawing contract offers and telling him to find another club doesn't lend itself to getting a very high return in trade terms. He isn't going back so its likely that whoever he chooses won't have to hand over too much. They don't seem to have handled this very well. That, or he & Rhyce Shaw really don't get along, which has been hinted at.

It's interesting that we're not being discussed in any of the big trades, especially for KPFs.

Do we see our problems being elsewhere?
Have we f'ed up our salary cap?
Do we not rate these players?

A lot weaker - you have some control over a trade when you make it clear that a player is required and they still want to leave.

When they want to stay and you tell them they aren't part of your future plans so they should seek a trade it means that it's a buyer's market, as you're facing with the spectre of losing the player for nothing in the PSD if you don't get them to where they want to go.

There's no real threat to the player leaving via the PSD as clubs will be jockeying with contract offers to get him to nominate someone if it goes that far and I don't think it has ever been the case that an out of contract player didn't get to their preferred club via the PSD in the end, because no club really wants to pick up a player who has clearly indicated they want to go somewhere else.

It will slide back probably 4 picks due to free agency compensation and academy bids. So will end up with pick 16. Will reef get a bid before 16?

Who are the FA's on the move that will merit a front of 1st round pick as opposed to a later pick (after their current pick, end of 1st round etc)?

Bulldogs and Sydney’s academy players will be top 10, as for free agents would assume carlton overpaying to get Williams may get gws a first rounder, or if Jeremy Cameron leaves. Also Adelaide won’t let crouch go unless the offer is sufficient enough for them to get a rd 1 compo pick.

Bulldog and Sydney NGA's won't attract compo. They may cause a shuffling of the order. If I was a betting man I'd bet Doggies & Sydney will trade their 1st round picks.

As to FA's, scuttlebutt is that Couch won't generate more than an end of 1st round pick. Jezza likely the only player whose salary would generate a higher than ladder position pick. Williams could.
Just Mihochek I think.
Lynch was moved from the rookie to senior list end of last year.

Other rookies we have would be.
Keane and Tohil are Cat A/B.
Dunn
Broomhead
Tom Wilson

Is Madgen a rookie? I don't remember.

Yep, Madge is still a Cat B and needs a senior list spot for 2021.

EDIT: What Apex said....
